RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Right of Withdrawal: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return products and get a refund. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- How to Return: To request a return email us at: elliemarie26@gmail.com We will send you return instructions and the sipping address. Return shipping costs are paid by the costumer, except for defective items.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund you within 7-10 business days using the same method you used.
- Shipping delivery time: 3-7 business days in Italy. International: 7-15 business days
